New Podcast Launch: The Dan & Katy Daily!
Sound Rebel are thrilled to announce our newest original podcast production, The Dan & Katy Daily!
Dan Kelly and Katy Poulsom are hugely well-known in Birmingham where they hosted a daily breakfast show for over a decade, firstly on Galaxy FM and then on Capital FM Birmingham when the station was bought out and rebranded. They grew the show to become one of the biggest shows in the marketplace, with hundreds of thousands of listeners tuning in every morning.
Since going their separate ways, Dan has worked as a presenter for Free Radio and for Signal 1 and Katy has moved to France to renovate an old farmhouse with her husband, Will. We are beyond delighted to bring Dan and Katy back together for a new podcast production, The Dan & Katy Daily, where every weekday the team bring a story to the table to try and cheer everyone up in these darker times.
The podcast will be produced completely remotely – Dan will be recording in Birmingham, Katy will be recording in the countryside outside of Toulouse in southern France, and their producer Ben Anderson will be recording in Liverpool.
At Sound Rebel we have become experts in remote podcast recording – and through the method we have devised, you wouldn’t be able to tell that Dan, Katy and Ben aren’t in the same room.
